For over a decade, I built automation systems at the enterprise level in environments where downtime cost thousands per minute. One truth became obvious every time: systems either have real infrastructure behind them or they don’t.


When a system is engineered correctly, it runs quietly in the background and teams trust it. When it isn’t, people avoid it and it fails the moment the business starts growing.


Most automation today looks good in a demo but can’t handle real usage. Quick builds, Zapier chains, and YouTube-level setups break as soon as volume increases or a tool updates.


I built Sunstone Systems to bring true infrastructure thinking to mid-market businesses. One connected system that scales with you.

For over a decade, I led automation projects for enterprise companies, from six-figure rollouts to multi-million-dollar transformations. What I saw over and over was simple: when systems were shaped around the people and the way the business actually worked, the tools stuck. Teams not only adopted them, they enjoyed using them because life got easier. But when tech was just dropped in to fill gaps, it always led to frustration and wasted money.


I started Sunstone Systems to bring that same level of repeatability, scalability, and clarity to growing service businesses. My mission is to make operations feel simple on the surface, powerful underneath, and fully aligned with the way you and your team work.
